Treasury Has Pledged More Rescue Funds Than Authorized - WSJ.com

WASHINGTON -- The Treasury Department has committed nearly $10 billion more than the $350 billion Congress has authorized to date for the financial-sector rescue package

Unbelievable! Is there no one left who can do simple math anymore? Isn’t this what got us into trouble in the first place? I could go on but what’s the point, as they said in the DOT com meltdown - “all the fools are dancing while the bigger fools are watching”. Nothing’s changed, last one out please turn out the light.
